This will help those who dont have it feel better, this is the email I received after turning in an issue and providing logs.

First, check that your internet connection is currently active.
If your connection is active, the following troubleshooting steps may
resolve the issue:
Sign out and then back in to the Music Manager:
1. Click the Music Manager icon in your system tray at the bottom right of
your screen (Windows) or menu bar in the upper right corner (Mac) to
access the Music Manager
2. Select the 'Advanced' tab
3. Click 'Sign Out'
4. On the sign-in screen that appears, sign back in to your Google account
Restart the Music Manager:
1. Right-click the Music Manager icon in your system tray at the bottom
right of your screen (Windows) or menu bar in the upper right corner (Mac)
2. Select 'Quit'
3. Restart the Music Manager from your program list
If the problem persists, restarting your computer and uninstalling and
reinstalling the Music Manager may resolve the issue.
Lastly, you can manually start the process to add music and then use the
Music Manager troubleshooter for additional information.
Temporarily set the Music Manager to manually add music, then use the
Music Manager troubleshooter:
1. Access the Music Manager and select the 'Advanced' tab
2. In the 'Upload music added to my selected folders' section, select
'Manually'
3. Click 'Start Upload Now'
4. After attempting to add music manually, feel free to return your upload
frequency to its original setting.
5. Right-click the Music Manager icon in your system tray at the bottom
right of your screen (Windows) or menu bar in the upper right corner (Mac)
6. Select 'Run troubleshooter'

Although the Music Manager indicates that some of your songs weren't
successfully added, please check your library to verify whether this is
accurate. We're aware of an issue causing the troubleshooter to
incorrectly indicate failure to add songs and are working on a fix.
If the troubleshooter is correct and the songs in question weren't added,
some users have been able to resolve the issue by forcing the Music
Manager to reattempt to add the problematic songs. To do so, point the
Music Manager at a different location to add music from, click 'Apply',
then point the Music Manager back at your original music location. This
will cause the Music Manager to rescan and add any music that isn't
currently in your Music Beta library.
If the problem persists after rescanning, log files would help us
investigate further. Your log files can be found at the following
location:
