So I'm desperate here. I built myself a new computer last summer. It was what I could scrape together in an extremely tight budget.

I'm trying to build a game in UDK. I'm trying to get a basic concept done before I can show it off to more people to get more help. I'm at an almost complete standstill because of my specs. It crashes frequently, it gets me 2FPS on an concept version of my UDK project, and my CPU isn't particularly faring well either.

I salvaged 2 parts from fellow Modacity members (Inferno and Pyong) to build my computer.

I'm 15, can't drive at least for another year, in this economy it's near impossible for a 15-year old to get a job, and I barely pulled $100 from AdSense since November. There are many more family-related issues to sort out WAY before buying an upgrade for my computer.

I'm damn desperate- so here's a request to anybody that has anything:

If you have possible parts laying around that is better than what I have that you don't mind parting with, please please send it to me. I'll pay for shipping, you just have to find a box and I'll PayPal you $5-15 dollars worth for shipping charges. I'm looking for anything that will outperform my current stuff.

Specs:

Intel Celeron Dual Core E3300 2.5ghz (LGA 775 Socket)
2GB DDR2 Ram
ATI Radeon HD2400 (PCI-E X16)

If you can beat these specs by a decent amount, please contact me via PMs or skype at flamingrain

If I had extra parts to spare I would send them your way, but unfortunately, I have a third computer that is still being used (as old as it is). A quick question: if you're strapped for cash, why not look for a summer job? It can help you fund a new PC a lot faster than getting people to donate stuff to you.

Oh, I'm always looking. Seeing how I live in the middle of nowhere (closest store is 10miles) and I'm certified in almost nothing, it's hard to find. I'm looking for one though.

I do a little mowing for neighbors every week, but all of that money is going towards Driver's Ed.

If you feel like crossing over at Peace Arch, a friend of mine could hook you up with some used C2Qs for free. No one sells brand new LGA775 CPUs anymore sadly.

Also, I have a loud-as-fuck Geforce 8800GT alpha dog edition that no one wants to buy. Can't mail because the postal workers are on strike (and they do a shit job anyway, sup slow/ lost overpriced mail)

Shit a free Core 2 Quad? I've been looking for something to replace my E7500. How many do you think he has available?
