Flash Template installation

Hello people who know how to help me;
I have bought a template from Template Monster (34442), and I have a godaddy Domain + Server (linux).
I am trying to get the template to work with my server, but it seems nothing I try works. The Index is a ".PHP" and apparently that has something to do with Flash CMS. I have looked on youtube how to install Flash CMS templates, and its as simple as a upload using FileZilla to my FTP server, yet its not working for me. This is the error I get:

Edit: This is what the help desk person told me:
[10:59:02] Mary: you will have to install the template to the server to activate the control panel for eiditng

-Although that doesn't help me much with this problem...

Edit; seems this works:

But thats not the index file..... :\

you need to use full paths maybe?

The file I bought didn't include all the files, so they fixed it. Works now. Thanks. :D
