Does someone have "haloceded.exe" version 1.0.0.609?

Could someone please send me haloceded.exe version 1.0.0.609 please because thats the one with most dedicated servers; i want the version 1.0.0.609 so i can make my own dedicated server.

By the way a unedited 1.00 dedi exe won't work, it will still query gamespy for all the blacklisted pirate hashes.
