Consoles, phones, and even refrigerators are considered computers in the court of law now.

Is that a download service like Steam and Origin? It certainly sounds like it.
E: actually it doesn't, because it mentions virtual reality. Probably a new engine or SDK.
Also, Bungie has indicated since even before their intent to break off from Microsoft that they want to do PC games. The only reason they haven't been a PC developer for the past 10 years is because they were owned by Microsoft. Going back to Halo 2, their engine has run on both Xbox and PC. It was stated that during internal testing, Butcher would test on Windows with his keyboard and mouse because he was more of a PC gamer.

When filing for copyrights, trademarks, etc. you cover all your bases to prevent someone from screwing you down the road. The downloadable part covers anything you buy digitally, such as off PSN or XBL. There's not enough there to suggest this is some sort of content distribution system. This is a logo and a money phrase, nothing more.

Console games are considered computer games. SCEA: Sony Computer Entertainment of America. They handle Sony's PS3 games in North America.

It's a trademark. They marked it under just about any possible use at any point ever.
