[App] Halo Super Utility Version 2

My precious App, HSU, has been upgraded to V2.
Enjoy.

NOTES:
Probably many bugs...it deleted everything for no reason near the end of its development.
Open Script function doesn't work, I was in the process of fixing it when it deleted everything.
Everything else works, as far as I know.

I also bundled SteelIXB's HEK+ and String List Editor with HSU.
Big thanks to SteelIXB for the GBXModelConverter.

Also the syntax checking is really crappy.

I have no idea why VS fucked up and deleted my stuff...
I'm working on V3, though.

By the way, this was written entirely in C#.
