Damn, I was about to put up a thread. Anyways, for those who watched the original "The Thing" with Kurt Russel should know that the prequel is about the Norway camp. This should explain how everything went down.

I've been keeping track of this movie since day 1, but thanks for creating a thread teekup.

So it is a good manifestation of the original? Good, I definitely plan on seeing it soon, probably the weekend of Halloween since Hamlet has me sunk doing anything else.

I've seen the original a few weeks ago, ill check this one out as well.
But its coming out November 3 in Europe... so ill have to wait.

It's a good movie and a great complimentary to the original, although there are a few plot holes. 7/10.
