Seems a lot of people I know (myself included) just got in the beta, who's playing and what do you think?

Have it but have only played one match because people that know what they are doing are asses to people completely inexperienced to the genre. That said if you want to add me to play so it's not all randoms on the team that would be cool.

Just played the one game so far and it was pretty neat. Can't wait for them to add more heroes.

Just played an 83 minute game, best fucking thing ever. At the 30 minute mark it was looking grim and the enemy team carries were fed. We had only taken out 3 of their towers while they had taken out 6 of ours and were beginning to push our middle tower. At this point they got cocky and pushed the mid tower, we had their main carry stun locked FOR FUCKING EVER, killed him and killed the rest of the team.

Our team played D for probably 20 minutes just farming with team fights happening at our tower. Some of ours did die here and there but we didn't get completely wiped out. During this time enemy team killed roshan twice, had aegis, and we still wiped them out in team fights. After the final team fight the game had gone on so long they had 80s spawn timers and had wasted their buybacks, so our team pushed mid destroyed the towers, rax, and the ancient to win.

THIS IS THE BEST GAME EVER.

It's definitely far better than HoN imo, it's much more refined and since they won't be adding new heroes every fortnight it's not too hard to get into (or back into). Hopefully it'll end up free too.

My only complaint at this point is that there's no concede system like there is in HoN. Had a couple of games that we were getting utterly dominated early on, but they still took over 40 minutes to win.

No concede is def the worst thing about this game, but I also have a lot of lag problems too (fucking source engine, this never happens in SC2! ><)

It's nice to see a company that actually busts its ass to give its community the features it wants and needs to succeed.

I'm having a few lag issues too, but they only seem to be latency based. Once they get some Australasian servers up it should be all good.
