Yeah, my only two concerns are still with Protoss Air since the Tempest was nerfed, having considerably low DPS with no splash damage (meaning Vikings and Corruptors/Mutas will mutilate it) and that the M/M/M combo may still be WAY too powerful in respect of better strategies, especially considering what Terran has available now.
Otherwise:
-The Oracle is FINE and reminds me a lot of the Arbiter, but better.
-I love the MoShip Core because it gives the Nexus a reason to exist besides Workers/Chrono, not to mention it defends the mineral line like a PF. It can also become a MoShip too. Even more so, it can only be created on a Nexus, so the chances of using it as cheese are very slim.
-The Battle Hellion is definitely a cost-effective way to make use of the Hellions considering how fragile and costly they were before.
-The Warhound looks like a decent way to solve the TvT Siege Tank crisis that was apparently going on. Otherwise, I find the unit to be kind of dull and not really promising.
-The Mines are a cool new way for Blizzard to accomplish their Shredder idea. I only worry about how abusive they'll be considering they're a Tier 1 unit.
-Viper, Swarm Host, and new Ultra all terrify me. I do not think Vipers should be able to abduct Air units. That's just me though.
-I like how efficient Hydras are with the speed upgrade, but I'm concerned they may be too fast considering how quick they scale across the map OFF CREEP. It's really quite amazing. Now the speed upgrade is stagnant after the upgrade, meaning they go the same quick speed on and off creep. Just watch how the Zerg player masses the Hydras and uses them so damn efficiently.

Here are all the new stats for the MLG build of HOTS:

The oracle seems cool but I honestly don't see it being enough to push toss down the air route in PvT due to the total lack of splash (and upgrade overlap) the route has. If they added some splash to the Tempest (and a way to handle vikings) I'd be all over air though.
The zerg stuff all looks pretty solid, though I think that abduct ability is even gayer than forcefields.
For terran, they removed reaper speed all together and made the health regen an upgrade. It's the same meh-reaper but now with a potential semi-decent upgrade. That won't make it properly playable I think.
-The Mines are a cool new way for Blizzard to accomplish their Shredder idea. I only worry about how abusive they'll be considering they're a Tier 1 unit.
Mines are not T1, they need a techlab factory (also hellions are free, like marines). TBH they seem like they're way too slow to produce (20 seconds i think?) for how many you'd need (assuming people start bringing mobile detection with them). With vultures, mines didn't cost money and you made them relatively quickly.

Just added you. I'm Jasiwel. If you want to know how good bad I am, ask n00b. Then again, I've only had this game for a couple of weeks now (one in which I didn't play/practice a single day) and am finally getting the hang of Protoss. I'm leaving Zerg alone for the moment and I simply have a tough time playing Terran.
I did find something awesome and relaxing to play in the game though:
MONOBATTLEZ.
But yeah, HotS. I also watch a lot of Husky, not much of a fan for Day9 or whatever.
