Customs should be okay, only if they are modded maps or gametypes (what he's planning to play anyways). I think the only thing they could nab you for is if you put them on your file share.

It was actually actual .map modding, Jtags could go online for a little while so it was very much possible.

Far as I know, customs and local content is fine as long as it doesn't make it onto your share or into matchmaking.

Like actually. It's full of lag switchers/people with booters/afk rankers/ any kind of lame people once you get past level 20.
