Help setting up HaloCEDed

I'm interested in setting up a 1.09 server with SAPP (http://xhalo.tk) that doesn't have a CD-Key Hash check. How would I go about doing this?

I believe the check is off by default so just download it and extract the new haloceded.exe and sapp.dll to your server's folder.
