http://www.vbulletin.com/vb5demo/

So, I knew the jump from 3.4 to 4.0 was bad, but this is just stupid. It's not even a forum anymore. Javascript should never be such an integral part to a message board. On the demo board, there's so much javascript, I'm literally watching the page jump around as it tries to run every script.

I have no idea how someone can acquire (buyout) a such good product and rewrite it into a piece of shit.

Looks horrible. May sound like whining, but having to scroll to the top when going to next page is just a step back. How do you get the url on the page you're on too?

Ajax is good for some things, but wtf is this?

It's a piece of shit. Takes forever to load and looks dumb. Stick with v4.

IPB 3.2 is just as visually gay.

Ew.

Slow, gay, and annoying. Please keep vB 5 away from these forums Ghost, thanks.

Wait, so you can comment on posts instead of just quoting them to reply? Sounds unnecessarily complicated and confusing.

I like when I hit back, it sits on "Working..." for a bit and has to reload everything

It's snappy and responsive for me, no jittering or waiting for scripts to load.

Either way, it looks like shit. Do not want.

It's snappier now, but the page reloads for content are still fucking there
