Well guys, had to get the Galaxy S3 just a few minutes ago because of an accident with my Nexus.... With that being said, I cannot access the screen of my Nexus, BUT it does turn on and everything. Which leads me to wondering, is there anyway I can access the files of my phone on USB without having to unlock the screen (which of course I can't do)? Or is there a way to unlock the screen without the use of the pin or touching the screen?
Would love to keep the files on there so please let me know!

Did you have the 'usb debugging' activated? If so, you can download and use adb (Android Debug Bridge) to do whatever with it. Also, depending on whether you've flashed it with any recovery menus (Clockwork Recovery Mod) there should be options to do the same things in there.

Might have to try that if that's the only way. Was kind of hoping for a program with an interface since I am terrible at commands. :\
My Nexus was flashed, rooted, and had a custom rom.

I'd suggest posting this at XDA as you're likely to get 1000x more help. That community is insane :)
As Kirby said, ADB is a tried and true way to access files without touching the screen. Also, I don't know if this applies to the Nexus, but in MTP mode the files are all immediately accessible when the screen is locked and it's plugged into a PC. No PIN code needed. Whereas with older models you'd have to manually enable USB mass storage through the touch screen. I tested this with an LG Optimus LTE running CyanogenMod 10 and it worked.
