Looking for old render distance changer

I used to have a 3rd party app which significantly increased render distances, but I can't seem to find it on halomaps.org and idk where else to look. Does anybody have it or know where it can be found? Does it work for all versions?

I used to use it all the time when I played hugeass :S

Other thing you can do is type in console rasterizer_set_far_clip_distance 5000. That'll do the trick (and that's basically what the app does)
