I remember the days when to get an .it, or .ch you actually had to be associated with those countries.
That said I feel the company does have a good point, yet I would not want to toy with 4chan, I would simply think of another good name and switch. Sometimes avoiding a big backlash even when your in the right, is the best way forward.

However, this time Moot actually has business in the joke, I mean forum, market.
I doubt it will go to court, but the 4chan mob will most likely fuck with moot.it until they change their name.
