So, who else got a beta key? I signed up on PC gamer a few days ago and got my key this morning.

The problem? This is me when it comes to StarCraft:

So my question is:

Who's the most bauss at SCII on Modacity that doesn't already have a key? Provide proof, you vultures.

Indeed. That is why I'm wondering if any of the rest of you know how to play a mean game of SC. The key is wasted on me.

n00b does. Bodz is the best on ladder. n00b always trounces Bodz in a 1v1 though. I'm getting there (Gold League currently, n00b is Plat and Bodz is Diamond), but I still lose to 4Gate-Stalker-All-In, macro Zerg, and bad engagements against Terran. I only lose PvP when they 4Gate me or I forget to do important things like scout consistently before Observers. Phobias is probably still better than me, but I've only practiced against him for the sake holding a 4Gate, which I still can't beat if the opponent is well-practiced with a 4Gate (Phobias doesn't main Protoss).

^ There's my answer. I've played StarCraft since the start because the story and gameplay interests me. Same reason for playing WC. I gave up on MP in 2009, didn't bother beyond SCII SP and challenges. I love watching SC streams, casts, WCF, etc, though. Also, I got my key from PCGamer. That's the only site that I'll sign up for something on or any other sites I already hold membership on (GameSpot, MMORPG, nVidia, etc.)

Whenever I see great CGI like in the OP video, or any Blizzard CGI really, I just want them to make a StarCraft movie, TV series, or trilogy of movies. Just do it straight from the game storyline and don't do anything dumb and it'll do fine.

That way everyone can enjoy StarCraft instead of just wannabe esportsman.

I used to care about SC2 but just lost interest after a few months. It's still fun to go back, but I'm not nearly as into it like I used to be. At my peak I was an upper level Platinum going against Diamonds rarely but occasionally. I think I was Protoss back then. I switched to Zerg later and just did 4v4 because macroing like a boss is fun as hell.

Yeah, I've been experiencing this similar deal for quite a while. I just don't have a lot of interest in Gold League for Wings of Liberty. It's really just the same old shit.

HotS is FUN AS FUCK though. I love the new Void Rays. I love gladly going for a Stargate. The only thing I hate so far in the game is that a lot of people are either good, bad, or offracing. I lost 3 out of my 5 placements (for shame), but I found out that most of those were against Gold/Plat/Diamond/Masters leveled players. I was put in HotS Bronze League and it by no means is a Bronze league, if hardly even a Gold League.

Also, Oracles and HotS Mutalisks are OP. PvZ no fun.
