(http://store.steampowered.com/app/219640/)Chivalry is 50% off and free to play this weekend on steam. ive been playing this for about a month now, and its definitely now one of my favorite multiplayer games. it has a bit of a learning curve, but there is a tutorial, and you can play offline mode with some pretty stupid bots to practice your decapitations. one of the things i personally love is that it doesnt persistently track K/D, so i can have a lot more fun goofing around without worrying about stats

its free to play this weekend, so try it out! dont like it? nothing lost except some time. definitely do the tutorial though. it takes a few minutes, but its pretty necessary to understand how the combat works.

Game is pretty clunky, but fun overall.

EDIT: Shit, if I knew that big content update was incoming I would have bought it. Oh well, back to Dota 2.

Also in new update you can increase the amount of time ragdolls and blood decals stay in the world. If your computer can handle it, it makes it so much more entertaining.

if im not mistaken, you can remove throwing axes and knives from dead bodies. i know you can pick them up off the ground, but it only seems to work some of the time for me. if you can pull axes off of people's bodies, it might be worth it gameplay wise to keep the body slider up a bit.

i know i was removing iron balls for the archer from bodies.
