Out of curiosity, does anyone here still mod for or target (via converting their CE maps) Halo1 Xbox?

I will be to some extent.
some people in my class didn't even realize that it's even possible let alone know how to do it.

You would be very surprised at the amount of work I have been doing with CE content on Xbox. Moses and I spend a fair amount of time (when we have it) working on content for Halo Xbox. We are currently working on a mappack project that we've put a lot of work into. And I have my own separate project I have been working on, which is a Single Player project as well as my own mappack, which is second priority as of a couple months ago. Also, not going to make any promises, but we've talked about porting Project Lumoria sometime in the future, but no promises as both Moses and I are very busy with real life obligations and there are a lot of complications mostly because Arsenic can only do so much, and we have to make up for its flaws often by spending hours of work finding the root of the many problems we run into with the program. So so buggy...

If I might ask... what stirred your interest anyway? I don't think anyone cares about my work to be honest, I just do it for fun.

Problem is that h1x is even older then h1pc. Needs to be 360 modable!

You would be surprised though at what we've accomplished... and what the xbox can actually do. There's just not enough of us. (only 2 that I know of, Moses and I...)

Was wanting to see if it was worth the effort to add Xbox targeting to OS_tool's build-cache-file system. I've already rewritten most of that system for another planned big feature.

hi kornman, this is thellt, from halomaps forums. i needed to tell you a few things. [i made an account on modacity jsut so i could tell you this!!!]
i still think it would be a good idea to include xbox cache file build. please do so. or maybe release an alternate version. im DYING to see this XD also if you havent had the chance yet ive been posting a bit on the halomaps forums, asking for a few other features (team bipeds being my most important example.) im a major fan of everything every one around here does.

[about the biped team system i thought of:
id like it if we could say have a system where depending on red team or blue team join it can select a gbxmodel at random or from a list for each spawn. there being a red team list and a blue team list. this would make halo work with factions that fight each other, (say an axis and allies fight in wwii?)
anyways if you could somehow implament this that would be fantastic!]
anyways i just think i need to tell you this somehow. you are an incredible asset to the comunity kornman. i wish you all the best of luck, and im super greatful for what youve already done. (NEVER QUIT! there will always be people who are interested!)

If there is ever an emulator that works for H1X i'd totally split screen with my friends.

Yes I mod for Xbox, but currently using Arsenic 2.0 to do so. It would be great, if Open Sauce could compile for Xbox and make maps that way with ease
