Hell, I'd use it when I occasionally play. You may as well release it.

no such thing as a bad release. im sure some people will find a use for it.

Pretty cool. Ill use it to film some gameplay footage for my upcoming map :D

Used in conjunction with SAPP's afk command, you basically have a spectator mode.

this is already in hac2 made by sehe im not to sure about that though
but if you can bypass the sapp line to destroy sight jacker i would love to see a release
