Wait... I just found out that It is already out in france.
amazon.fr says it came out on 18 mai 2007.

Well now My 2nd Question is, Does anyone know if it is multi language, Because i can't Speak French.

The UI will go french and many other languages. But the actual sounds when people talk I think will stay english.

Aeh the sounds were also changed on Halo 2 Xbox for example for spanish.

For Halo 1 PC, every country had his own verison of the games ( no multilanguage)
