Request - Mod (A Tool to make communicating easier with the spanish)

I really would like a mod that would make it easier to talk with the mexicans in halo custom edition honestly its really hard when you only know english and they only know spanish so if there is any way to fix this barrier with a tool of any kind i humbly request for it to be made i wish i had money i'd even pay for you to make it please think about it it would make communication easier
