it says you can skip it, i wouldent worry about it until you try it ingame.

I had the same message. And mine works fine so just hit run.
Or go download the driver.

Got the same message and my specs were less than yours. I skipped it and it works fine. Except for damn LIVE! I think Ive created like 4 gamer profiles and live accounts...I cant get past this annoying shit to play the game.
