With a little trial and error, I found some SLI settings that work with H2V!
Unfortunately, just choosing between the SLI modes from the driver do not help at all, in fact, all modes but AFR2 decrease performance vs Single GPU mode. AFR2 by itself does not seem to improve performance.
So that's where a handy utility called nHancer comes in. Here are the steps:
1) Download and install nHancer.
2) Add a profile for H2V, and set point it to the game's .exe
3) Go to the SLI Mode tab, check the SLI Mode checkbox, choose Alternate Frame Rendering, and choose Compatibility flag bit 22.
Enjoy up to 50% boost in framerate! :D
