I'm getting a new computer. Will these specs allow the game to run well?

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 3.20GHz
RAM: 2GB
GPU: ATI Radeon x1950 pro 256mb

Mainly, how's the graphics card?

You could do with a dual core CPU to be honest, but you are fine on the GPU side.

cpu is fine, just make sure your board supports c2d's for future upgrading. penryn is a foot!

i would suggest going to somewhere like http://avadirect.com for your pc building needs. i assume your building a new pc, b/c u would kno what kind of ram it would take otherwise and u didnt list that .)

From what I've been told, 98% of motherboard manufactures won't make a BIOS update to support the new penryn processors, you're better off just buying a bearlake supported board.

Yeah I'm having one built. Paying a local company. Gave them the recommended spec sheet for Halo 2 Vista and told them to make sure it can run it well.

I'll call them to make sure they're using a motherboard that can have the CPU upgraded.

make sure to tell them u want it to be Core 2 Duo compatible. that way u can use the cheap p4 and use it for a while, but when it becomes unbareable, just go pick up a <$200 cpu that will get you thru.

UPDATE:

Oops, my mistake. I posted the wrong kind of CPU. Here's the real CPU that'll be in my computer...

Intel Pentium D 3.4GHz Dual Core Processor

Is that better than the one I posted earlier?
