I can't install Halo 2 Vista anymore. I had a downloaded copy before and I bought it today at Futureshop. I uninstalled the game from Programs and Features in the control panel. It said it uninstalled successfully but it won't let me install it now. It isn't in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Games, so I am assuming there is some piss ant PoS key somewhere in my registry. Whenever I try to install it has the Play Halo 2 Vista button but no install button.

try reinstalling the torrent, you can enter your CD key in it :awesome:

I installed it from disk, uninstalled it and had problems reinstalling it...but for some odd reason, using Tray and Play let me install it properly.

If you haven't tried it already, uninstall LIVE also. That shouldn't matter, but it's possible that installing from the torrent caused some strange behaviour, and that should reset everything.
