How'd you lose it in the first place, because if the game uninstalled it, it should be with your game install CD...if you even have that...

I know that, i make CD's all the time, for giving out maps. But if you look, it isn't there, at all! It should be there, but it isn't. I looked in every folder, it doesn't exist.

So it isn't part of the game's install then...
Unless a actual paying owner of the game can prove it is, because I don't own the damn thing.
EDIT: unless its embedded in a installer exe or cab file

To tell you the truth, when the game is finished the installation, the firewallhelper.dll is there, but when you uninstall it, it disappears...
This is how it all happened...
I had a problem with my computer, to improve it, i uninstalled Halo 2 Vista first, because i thought it would get rid of the map editor and the dedicated server, all in one. But it didn't, instead it only got rid of the game itself.
So, when i tried uninstalling the dedicated server and the map editor, it gave me this error
ERROR Could not find file FirewallHelper.dll, Setup will now close.
It always does this, so I cant reinstall Halo 2 Vista.
I really, really need this file.

Are you certain that the file is named 'firewallhelper'? I can't find a file with that name on my system.. nor does google.

That's illegal to post up anything created by microsoft, or associated with. So I think you should come in... well personal contact with someone to create a backup.
I will be home later today, and may be of more assistance if you have not recieve the help yet.

Oh. If that's true, then I guess I cant get the uninstaller then, cant I? :(

If the game is installed, there is an uninstaller. If it isn't in application form, do add or remove programs, and it runs one.

The thing is, it isn't. I was so stupid to delete the folder instead of the uninstalling program. (meaning i didn't use the program to ninstall, i just deleted the folder.)
I know that was a retarded thing to do, but I was about half-asleep at the time. The flippin installer wont let me install unless i uninstall the first one, but its already gone. I need the uninstaller to make it seem that it was uninstalled. Even though there is no files in it, it still uninstall's it.

You are going to have to find a way to delete the registries then.

Don't get a Uninstaller, like I said, you must find someone on a private term. Not in a public place like this.
My recommendation is just open regedit (Registry) and find all of the registrys that are associated with Halo 2, and delete them. Or, get an application that will do it for you. Search google for a reg cleaner or "Registry Cleaner".
That might fix your problem.
