Map Location

I did a custom install when I installed Halo 2 today; also, I d/led the custom maps that are out so far from halomaps . org. I put the XXX.map files into C:/Program Files/Microsoft Games/Halo 2/Maps, but they don't show up in game, and i have to dl them from the host of the server. Any ideas on how to fix this, or to get Halo 2 to recognize the maps?

Sorry if it's been posted, i searched, but didn't see anything...

Example for me it would go in

C:\Users\Korori\Documents\My Games\Halo 2\Maps

So its C:\Users\(Name of User)\Documents\My Games\Halo 2\Maps

Good call. that's exactly where it is. I guess I was just used to XP where the programs general read the things from the program folder file, and because i had done a custom setup, i didn't think it was still in the user/documents.
