Is that the DX10 update to EvE? I haven't been following but I heard it was one of the games due to receive one.

No, that's not the DX10 version. That's the current Revolutions II build that is currently in use by everyone on the main server Tranquility.

Rev II materials have been on the public test server for ages. I dont know a specific date, but at least a month.
