Halo in speed modus....I can't take a vid because then the fps is capped again

My Halo is really fast...I have to play on 30fps mode so everything runs at normal speed. Once I go to VSYNC or NO-VSYNC the whole game speeds up.

I don't have any problems with FRAPS. :)
