No, my friend who hacks Pokemon data for Diamond/Pearl on the DS would win any Pokemon data (seriously, he downloads all the data and sells it to fools on ebay and made almost a grand).

back on topic: Lightning would. By the way, if you wanna battle with Pokemon, the REAL way to do it is to use the DS Wifi connect.
