Did you save a bunch of money on your car insurance by switching to Geico?

Seriously though what happened?

I was riding my bike home from a movie, and almost got hit by a drunk public transportation driver (Trimet (http://www.trimet.org/)).

It's Portland, and we have the highest rates of bike crashes/deaths that I know of. Now I'm a little scared. But it's not going to keep me from riding my gas savin' machine. Mah legs, and my wheels.

I heard this screech and a crash out of my right ear, and I looked over my shoulder, and the man that was just next to me went over two lanes into the middle median, ran over a tree. And then within 80 yards ran into a tree. A tree I was only 20 feet from.

EDIT: He crashed, at the 2nd tree, comming to a stop. The dumbass thought he could still reverse, but his whole car was too fucked up to move.

..........Seriously Nice Transit System.

Good thing you made it out alive, and unscathed unless..............the driver hit a key spot on the tree making it crash in exactly the right place for the tree to hurl a branch the size of a standard 2x4 at you. But thats just being silly.

Thank god that didn't happen. I'm a little curious as to why people think they can drive when they're drunk now.

Yeah. I got out of that situation by the girth of my skin. And then I had to get asked questions by the cops, and I'm underage, out past curfew. So it was all a risky situation for me, too. I don't even have an Oregon ID or Dirvers license yet. They asked me where I was headed and I said home, but they were wondering why I was headed east with a Washington Drivers license.

I wish I was there, not to see the almost accident, but to see the guy run into a tree and stop. Those trucks are pretty damn strong!

They've always thought that.

Idiot. Turns out he ran into the tree that was on Gresham's police station's property. What irony. DUI, police station. Haha.

Ride your bike home from the bar, over the hill and trough the woods... with no light.

Do you go where no man has ever gone before?

Oh I go off the beaten path. If that unbeaten path is somewhat easy for a city bike. Those treads don't do shit on dirt/grass/shit.

Yeah, I love my new bike. I got it for mah b-day. I did 14 miles today.

Me and my sexy Armstrong legs.

i agree, 14 miles is definitely armstrong-esque :p

But maybe that will just make the zombies want to taste your flesh even more so. Say, can you bike and use a shotgun at the same time? its got a pretty heavy recoil, but you need it if you wanna shoot a zombie head right off. Maybe i can recruit you for my zombie-proofed fortress in the sky.

He could always attach blades to the spokes. That'd give the zombies a lovely surprise.

Haha, word.

I could use the shotgun as propulsion, perhaps? And then I'll become so pro that I could be on patrol by riding on the clouds. Or even on thin air!
