Nostalgia Gaming Podcast #1:
http://hardwarehacks.org/ngpodcast.aspx
My friend and I have started a podcast. His friends and my friends have all listened to it, and they say its good enough they want another episode (which will be posted next Monday).
All of the description of the podcast is on the website, but if you just want to know a summary here it is:
Our first radio show. The lineup includes:
Sacrifices being made to game plot in order to create more realistic graphics
The status of multiplayer online games after the passage of time and new releases
The PlayStation 2 Linux Kit and general-purpose versus specific computing environments
The Chinook Checkers Program and the future of computer-driven intelligence, as well as the effects of code bloat on software development
The 2004 Olympic Cellphone Sabotage, labeled by IEEE/Spectrum Magazine as "The most audacious network hack ever."
The relationship between age, gender, and gaming, as well as what these factors mean for the average game player58:20 duration, 60kbps single-channel MP3.It should be up on digg in a matter of days and when it is there will be a digg button.
If you decide to download, I hope you enjoy it.
