I can barely understand what you just said.

The reason I said that it is a reflection is because the armor, being damaged in battle, has many scars in it. That looks like a bullet puncture. If you have ever seen the damage of a bullet in a strong metal, you can see that the bullet leaves a small dent on it. Master Chief having a shiny armor, reflects the light, which is why you can see the details of the armor in the picture and gives out the bit of light in it. If its not the reflection of the inside of the hole left by a bullet, then its just a scratch in the armor.

The fact that you see a sword sketched in the picture is just your brain. Kinda like the face on the moon in most Halo maps. The human mind can do many wonderful things.

Also that looks nothing like the energy sword.
