Bunker Beta A3 Build IV Public Beta Production Thread
• Credits –
- PyTh0N – Main Moddeler / creator
- Korori - Map editor / fixer/ texturer / sapien work
-FireDragon04 - Built the bases, and where released on his map Escalade Mount for Halo CE, but Nexus ripped (without permission) and put them on Halomaps, whats where i got them from, FireDragon is fine with me using them though.
• Storyline – A secret training grounds used only for top secret missions. Holding many special forerunner secret weapons and devices. There is not much known about it but what is known is that it is over 3 centuries old. More to come…..
• Things to do –
-Add new textures.
-Work on the tunnels.
-Add CTF flag stands
-Add all gametypes
-Add vehicles
-Remodel cliffs
-Add unique features
• Known Problems –
-Textures on the center structure are messed up.
-There are hidden teleporters that teleporter you and it says “You Where Killed By The Gaurdians”
-Some UVW errors, cliff errors.

Who in thare right mind would take the time to make a base that good and not texture it ! If i wear the orignal modeler I would be displeased with the lack of textures used on it . Other than that the map looks like it will be fun to play!

The nexus guy ripped them from 'Escalade-Mont' my map.
Python didn't know they where ripped or they where mine, but hes going to add me to the credits and yea, Nexus sux for ripping them, but they do look pritty cool in H2V.
I think he needs to give credit for the base. It LOOKS alot like Firedragons.

PyTh0N, if you can, you should make it night in your map and add the glowing to the base, that'd look cool in Halo 2.

meh, h2v maps are starting to blend together to me, much like CSS maps. It's a boxmap... with a base that isn't yours. You could have done a lot more with the idea, for instance some underground paths would have worked well.

The least you could do is ease yourself into the community. I don't really feel great in saying that, but nicely; Please just be nice, and ignore ignorance.

And skyline, I know you've been here longer than I, but don't you think you're taking the whole "seniority" to an extreme? I mean... just let him say what he wants to say, or be a bit nicer about it.
Things like that, from both of you will cause a stir in peoples emotions/thoughts, and more bickering will generate.
So... in the long run, try to avoid statements like this. And we'll all be happy!
Anyways, as for the map.
It looks good, but could use some more work. I think instead of rushing to get a public beta out, you should've concentrated on the BSP itself.

Looks extremely basic. Is there any need to test it? I don't see any complex strategy or pathing concerns at all. I'm sure you aren't finished yet, but the quality of this map is lacking at the moment.

i know how to make the "tunnels" look better/more polish. extrude the borders around it, it will look more like a manmade tunnel and less like a natural formation with metal.
