Hey, in the first few days it was up, the Wiki exploded with useful information, but then it stopped and very little if any has been added to it since then. Since we're missing very basic things like Portals from the wiki, I think that's just pitiful.
The wiki could potentially be reeeeeeally useful. I think, being a community, it is our responsibility to help each other out, so I propose something really simple, as simple as putting your dishes in the dishwasher when your done with them instead of letting them pile up in the sink. Whenever you don't know something, go ahead and ask, "seek and ye shall find," and when you do find the answer, put it up on the Wiki in its relevant article, and if there's no relevant article, then all the better: create one.
It's really simple and should only take a few minutes out of your doubtless immensely precious and limited time, and after a while it will save you time, as by posting you encourage others to do the same, so eventually you will be able to find the answers to questions others have had. I mean, that's the whole point of a Wiki, right?
Even as I'm typing this I know the futility of it, if my previous dedication to past endeavors is anything to go by, but it's worth a shot. As a matter of fact, I'm going to go and put an article in there right now, and I humbly request that any of you who have a few minutes do the same- there are already hundreds of requested articles in the special:wantedpages listing, if you need suggestions for what needs writing.
Edit: here's the article I put up:
http://www.h2ek.com/wiki/index.php?title=Biped
Although there's still quite a lot that needs to be filled in by others who know more than me (but there's the point of a wiki), but the important thing is that I added information to it. Go add more!
