I mean come on... no one is going to even bother contacting you that is worth hearing from unless you actualy prove you are capable of leading a map team and actualy making a map.
Plus posting your email adress online like this anywhere is usually a bad idea.

Looks like a height mapped geometry with no variation. Also, a bad ground texture.

1) Never triple post again. There is an edit post button.
2) You mean you want people to do everything for you when you just have the ideas? If not, that is hard to believe, considering this is your first map. Most people do that.
3) Why are you trying to make a Halo 3 Mod (woo, really original) when you haven't even made maps before?

@ 3, where did he say anything about this being a Halo 3 mod?

He edited the first post, I am positive he said a Halo 3 Mod. Before he had his email and something about Halo 3. If he didn't, I apologize, but I could have sworn I saw that.
Leaving that behind, the fact remains that it's simple height mapped geometry, and if you had really tried your best (i.e. did something, instead of using automatic features) then I am sure it would look much better. =p
[edit] Also, the fact that you had "tried your best" does not change the most important fact of all, how the map looks. It doesn't matter if it is your first try. If you needed to practice before you started this, than you should have.
Enough of me hating on you. I am a bit cranky today. I just suggest practicing bsp making some before really trying something, ok?

I agree, work on your skills for a while until you're capable of handling a project.

This used to have Halo 3 in it until he edited it out. Sigh... I'll edit for Conscars' viewing pleasure (----v). I'm in an irritable mood today...
:spamsign: And finally: :lock:
Anyway, the point I was going to make is that if you say you're going to make H3 mods, and then edit that out of your post when people call you out on it... I mean, come on now.

You have a loooong (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v439/Shady2/flash/LONGCATBELOOOOOOONG.swf) way to go before you can make a map worthy of being playable.
Making a map is a long, tedious, and painstaking process, and there is much more to making a good map than just modeling something and slapping pretty textures on it. You need to start with a design. Make sure it can accomodate ALL gametypes, even if its focus is on one or two. Make sure gameplay can be flexible, one example being more than one way in or out of a base. Decide the theme; earth? spaceship? halo? indoor? outdoor? human? covenant? forerunner?
Then you should start modeling.

Nice image of 'Limewire' in the background there...
Anyway, in your previous posts there is an EDIT button that you click and just add stuff to the bottom instead of posting twice in a row. It's against the rules in these forums. :eng101:
Anyway, map making isn't just like 'omigosh im gunna drag out a box and make it look kewl!' It's more complicated then it looks, buddy. Keep trying.
