HELP ME!!!!! :(

I have Far Cry for the PC. The original Far Cry, and it's awesome, but I have a small problem.

When I shoot a gun, the sound of it firing is about 500 ms late.

All the other sounds are on time, it's just the firing.

Anyone know what's wrong?


EDIT: Also, could someone direct me to a good free GIF animator?

I can't even get the game to install on Vista x64 =X.

I don't have many problems at all, aside from the norm.

In my case it asks for the 64 bit setup, but the only setup I have on my set disks is a 32 bit version. gj Ubisoft/Crytek.

There was a problem like this with DAEMON Tools, so I'm sure reading about that might be able to help.
