Sapien not letting me rotate/move camera HELP please

i can't rotate/move the camera in sapien. whenever i click the wheel button it doesn't do anything... i cant move the pointer or anything.
i tried reinstalling HEK didnt work... reinstalling mouse software didnt work... i tried a different mouse didnt work... and the wheel button works in 3dsmax.
is there some sort of driver i have to update or something?

I had a problem like this, make sure that when you press the scroll button in say internet explorer. Make sure it does the auto scroll, sapein seems to only identify that setting.

Remember that the scroll wheel button and the middle mouse button are two different things. I have both. If you don't then make sure that your mouse wheel click is also set to middle mouse.

nvmd i just loaded CE, HEK and transfered all my map files to another PC.

aint that a bitch... i have to use this shitty PC with a nvidia GeForce4 MX integrated... can't even see if my shaders are good.
