You could take a picture of your television?

If you have a DVD-burner equipped DVD player then you can always hook it up, put your footage on a PC and take a frame out that way.

Otherwise, you could take a pic with a camera or buy a capture card for your PC, which will introduce horrific video lag usually.

I thought you could only get them online. Tomarrow im off to circuit city!
