Since I'm a freshman, that means that I am fresh meat. Any tips on how to get stronger/faster with weights or just...your limbs? I'll take ANY advice. NO Neuro, I will not suck your cock for strengthening my jaw.

Get a sheet of exercises to set goals keep track of what you've done. Don't work muscle groups repeatedly, instead dedicate a day to certain areas.

Most high schools have a weight room. I go there after school once in a while. Sports also will help.

Join a swim team, you get to look at girls in bathing suits and burn more calories than any other sport I've been in. (come to think of it, I haven't done any sport besides competitive swimming for the past 7 years o_O)

First off, what is your main goal? Do you want to get big or do you want to be lean (with some muscles)? Check these articles out as they are a very good read:

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbmaintrain.htm (Training Articles)
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/bbmainsports.htm (For Sports)

There's more articles there as well. Ignore the supplement crap, all you need is motivation, a good diet, and one multivitamin a day (I use OneSource). I actually run more than I lift so I'm pretty lean these days.

I'm sure someone in the WWE has some. ;)

And speaking of the links, seems like I found an article useful for distance runners which is cool.

And really, just exercise, don't overexert, don't "under-exert" When you feel the pain/burn go a little more and then stop, rest, repeat in sets and repetitions.

And cautiously follow any other advice given =) It's not gonna happen overnight, in two days or in a week.

Strengthen your mind. You'll get farther with wit and charm then you will with your fists.

How about you get yourself a sport activity?

No boxing or something near that crap.

Try Judo, I did it for 7 years. It really payed off and I think it's really fun :)

I suggest not using exercise as an excuse to "fit in" but to help yourself.

You're increasing your physical fitness level, not just your nutritional level. Eating right, and keeping an open, active schedule will take time to get used to.

If you're looking to work some cardio and haven't done it much before (to retain a lean look) try riding a bicycle. My bike (while it existed) gave me the mindset I have now to go run whenever I want. Well, with school now, at least when I have the time.

So it's really more about finding some type of exercise that you can really enjoy and won't take up too much time.

Exercising, and strength training won't do you much good unless you manage your eating habits, and eat healthy foods with good nutrients.

Being fit will open your mind and deffinately allow you to concentrate more and give you a clear mind. I can do a lot more work the more exercise I've done in a week.

As a general rule:

Lots of weight and few repetitions = big muscles. (More raw strength)
Lots of repetitions and less weight = toned muscles. (More endurance)

Just do some curls, push ups, bench, tricep lifts, and other simple excersized with 6, 8, and 10 weights to start out with.

I believe you were asking me that but here's what I found:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/maki7.htm

And another you should do in order to keep your confidence at a high level is take pictures of yourself (both normal and flexing). Why? You'll be able to see the progress you've made and know you're actually gaining something. I would suggest doing that every two weeks. Posting it is totally up to you but it'll let someone point out where you might need to work on (for example someone pointed out that I needed to work on my traps).
