So, i hook up a spare monitor to my main. It displays the same image on both. Any way i can make it display a different picture on the second monitor?

Also, the windows toolbar is missing on the second monitor. All that appears on the second monitor is the background and nothing else (unless i drag stuff over onto it)

Buy Ultramon.

Ultramon will give you seperate wallpapers and allow you to have a toolbar on your secondary monitor that hold all the windows on that monitor. If you're not too keen on that you could always just make an image that'd fit the length of both monitors, then apply the wallpaper and tile it.
