View Full Version : So we just had our Year 12 muckup day.

It was awesome, best day I've had for years. We started out by swapping uniforms (us guys outnumber the girls though, so some of us got left out of the fun), then when assembly came, we sang the national anthem to the tune of Working Class Man (Jimmy Barnes epic, if you don't know). Following this, we blasted air horns and caused disruption in general. One guy picked up my English teacher and danced around the front of assembly (in a skirt and blouse, of course) while carrying her, and we made sure to watch movies, play loud music, and eat for the rest of the day, since we're not even allowed to throw waterbombs anymore (fuck OH&S).
Might get some photos up at some stage for the luls.

Man, swapping uniforms? I wish that could happen at my school, but I'm at a North American public school, so...
The movies, over-eating, and loud music are staples of every class party though. Combined with Nintendo DS or PSP link matches, of course (do you have those very often in your school? We do, though the DS is more popular than the PSP).
Is your English teacher hot? My teacher last year was hot, and this year it's a man, who still looks handsome enough to attract all the girls (which he does).

My English teacher is a 50-something-year-old. :gonk:
My Year 10 English teacher was, though. I think she's an actress now.

lul, reminds me of my American history teacher back in 11th grade. She was on Room Raiders: Florida - Opposites Attract (lesbian episode). She won too.
She was also fired shortly before it aired as well.

Today we (as in, all 180 or so Year 12s) egged the Year 10 asshats while the worst of them slaved away over the drainage systems (I'm not sure if they volunteered for the job or not, but they were all the worst of the lot) and sprayed them with fish oil from supersoakers... we also wrapped the principal's office (including contents) in foil.
Epic.

what the fuck did the yr 10's do to you?
rossmum
September 26th, 2007, 11:25 PM
Well, let's see... they've pegged various objects (mainly apples) at just about everyone within range, they've constantly attempted to start shit with us and the Year 11s, they intrude on games of footy or basketball just to be dicks, they throw shit at cars out of the bus windows, they break crap, they lob fruit at old ladies, they tie kids up and beat the shit out of them...
Would you like me to continue?

Our year are generally pretty awesome, though we do hang Year 7s from low trees by their bag straps on occasion. It's pretty much a mash-up of 'good' and 'bad', with most people sitting in between. Our 11s are alright, the 10s are downright fucking obnoxious and it's beyond me how half of them even got into a selective school. The 9s, 8s and 7s are annoying, but nowhere near as bad.

Wasn't me, was a friend and some others. They went in really early, cleaner stopped them but they basically told the cleaner it wasn't their place to tell them off. Eventually they did get caught, they're in shit but they pulled it off beforehand.

My year, was voted (by the teachers) the worst year, behaviour-wise, EVER.
Yet we were the best academically (<---spelling?, lmfao).
Ducktaping a kid (in my year) to a tree, 5 ft off the ground, was the funniest thing that happened during my last year at highschool.
Apparently I'm on a 'list' of his now...WTF?
Your muck up day sounded fun, I wasn't around for mine D:

Absolutely nothing. We don't have "muckup days" in Canada. Even so though, we've had great fun at pep-rally/assembly's before. One time a buddy of mine got his hands on a graduation robe at grade, put it and only it on. and walked up with a group of grads. He then proceeded to disrobe and run around the gym. We've also set explosive devices (sometimes they're just coke and mentos bombs/fire crackers or something of the like) into teachers desks so that when they open their desks they get a surprise. Etc.

We had a guy streak the other year.
He was arrested and expelled, so he couldn't take his HSC - meaning no uni.
That is why we don't do that kind of shit.

At my highschool we have grad-kidnapping and dress up day on the last day. Basically the girls go into the guys houses and kidnap them, dress them up in girls clothes/makeup, and bring them to school in the morning. It used to be they ran through our rival highschools hallways, but since the schools administration is so fucked up now they weren't even allowed to leave the school. I could understand if it was ACTUALLY disrupting the other schools tests or something, but they were just doing grad pranks/fun as well. I happened to no be there the last day of school so I never partook in it, buuut that's ok the girls assigned to get me were gross anyways. Also, it used to be they just knocked on the door and it was up to the parents right then whether they let them in. Now there had to be a whole sheet to sign out a week in advance of who was going where, at what time, etc. It was rediculous. I mean, that's the shit you do in grade 9 and 10. By your last day of highschool you're ready to go out in the world, you shouldn't have to deal with bullshit like that.

Yeah Leiuk, stuff like that is just ridiculous. Public things like shops or schools are required by law to call in someone with certificates stating they know how to use a ladder and safety nets, ropes, etc. just to climb 2 metres and get a ball or something out of a gutter.
Also, we used to hang Year 7s from trees or tie them to posts with their jumpers in Year 10 :p
