How nice that might be of you...but not even 10000 people will move Microsoft's ass because they don't have any reason to.

This is pretty much, more or less, senseless.

This might be a waist of time, as microsoft doesn't typically start listening to their fans until it deeply threatens their public image (i.e. response to RROD issues).

Sony's method of dealing with PS2 failures was to not support the problem and in fact change the accessories so you also needed to be replacements for those since they wouldn't plug in the later iterations of the PS2. Things like Vertical stand, Network Adapter, Multitap, etc.

And yet people come into my store complaining more of the Xbox360 than the PS2.
