As you might know, having a strict NAT configuration (like I do) really limits the amount of people you can play with on Xbox LIVE. Now, I want to know how to change my NAT from strict to open, but I'm not exactly sure how to do it. The router I have right now is a Netgear WGT624 v2. Any help will be appreciated.

Took me 10 secs to find:

How to Access the Netgear Configuration Screen
The Netgear is configured using a Web browser. After you have connected your computer to the Netgear router, follow these steps:
1. Launch your Web browser. Enter "http://192.168.0.1" into the address bar and press the "Enter" or "Return" key.
2. A logon pop-up screen will appear. Type "admin" for the username and "password" for the password.
3. Click "OK". A Netgear Settings screen will appear. All changes to the Netgear configuration are made here.
Sorry if this is false...because I don't get your "strict to open", can you be more specific?

The router's NAT configuration is strict right now, and I want it to be the "open" configuration.

In order to make it open, you have to configure some features.
I have never done this for XboxLive but this might help you:

Ok, he has the same router as I do, and only the 3rd option worked, so it will probably be the same for me. However, he wasn't very specific, so I don't really know exactly what to do. If anybody understands what he meant, please tell me. Oh, and +rep for finding that, it's kind of helps.

I have no experience with UPnP (Universal Plug and Play), but it seems like that you have to configure your Xbox 360 or router to enable it.
