Evenings: A Pleasant Romp (I.T.T. talk about interesting things that happen)

This evening my family and I bought some Hit Cookies while pants shopping at REI. Now, I know you're going to ask why I pants-shop at REI, and I will bet you will think I do so because I am a hippy snob. Short answer: No. Long answer: No, and go fuck yourself with a lead pipe I consider that opinion uninformed.

Now, Hit Cookies. I know you are probably asking why on Earth cookies were at an REI store, and quite honestly, I am as dumbfounded as you are. I would like to assume it has something to do with REI's firm support of cellular respiration and the Central Dogma's need for sugars but really I think the truth is Bahlsen Co. paid them large amounts of cash to sell them.

My family and I opened the package and proceeded to...I don't know if 'enjoy' is strictly the right term, but they did bring about a slight euphoria of the senses, and for a while I believed I was stroking a cat when in reality I was scratching my arm senseless. In any case, I wandered depressingly around the couch-area for a while and came and posted here.

hmmm my day...

got up, went to school, had a lame time as usual... it's not hard, it's just boring srsly...anyway, got home, was kinda in poor mood so I just ate a bag of chips and forumed for a while instead of doing my homework which I had lots of. then my parents get home and I scramble to make it look like I was doing my homework instead of nothing, and finished it by 8. then my mom got pissed cus I ate the whole bag of chips and it was pretty big.. also, test tomorrow.

I wake up early every day, check work emails, maybe participate in a teleconference with my Finnish colleagues, take care of whatever business needs taking care of, drive my kids to school, then debate between working from home and driving to the office. Working from home usually wins. I am a lazy bum.
