what are they i can find out how to move change speed or anything please tell me.

Hold down your middle mouse button and use WASD for normal movement and RF for up and down. If it's the same as halo 1's, shift will change your movement speed.
And use better grammar.

it doesnt work i dont move or do anything. and speed wont change.

yes i have middle mouse button and yes it works

So, hold down that button then try those keys zeph mentioned and make sure you're in the game-window.

No i don't think so but you can try of course. Can you do other things in sapien with keyboard/mouse like entering numbers in the properties window?

Make sure you middle mouse button is actually set to "middle mouse button" in your mouse settings; mine wasn't.

What was it set to? The lightswitch?

It was set to page up function or something stupid like that. Don't ask me why, that's how it came.

Things like that you find either in the control panel (again) or in the software (if any) that came with your mouse.
This is basic windows stuff.
