It's not. The team is taking a break, though they said it's going to be released roughly in 2008, late 2008 me thinks.

Please just lock this thread fast. I don't want anymore commotion about CMT or its problems. It is just getting silly. And 343guiltymc has answered your question so there is another reason for the lock.
