TV Links shut down!

Well this is somewhat old news, so a lot of you may have heard already, but the owners of TV-Links and eztv have been forced to shut down their websites.

The TV-Links owner, a 26yo male from Chelteham in the UK was charged for facilitation of copyright infringement.

For people like me who liked to watch 2 or 3 times, this sucks!


What do you guys think?
I'll check back tomorrow morning when I wake up or someting.

It starts with one and soon the rest will be closed down. Well at least the others are still there. Like AllUC.

Well actually I predicted it would be shut down a few months ago, after many of the movies and shows were mysteriously deleted from stage6 and other sites. Any other upload would be deleted within the hour on stage6. I predicted it would be a matter of time when it would be shut down. Very unfortunate indeed.

It's infringement because they provide those links. You don't have to actually commit the act to be slammed for it.

Actually its illegal to post/read instructions on how to make nuclear bombs/any kind of bomb.

Im pretty sure its illegal to post/read instructions on how to murder some one too. Although the bomb one is part of anti terror laws I know that for a fact.

This sucks though, tv links was awesome everyone at uni uses it.

Of course it is illegal to supply links to copyright infringing content, do none of you know laws/common sense?

My physics book explains it quite clearly. Also, most movies, tv shows involving murder shows how they do it.
