You heard me right folks, for 1.5 million dollars, you can have this beautiful 57 acre decommissioned, but still operational, Titan ICBM Missile Base. It is conveniently Located in Central Washington 1.5 hours from Spokane and 4 hours To Seattle! , and 10 minutes from the interstate 90!
It has 16 operational underground buildings, including:
3 - 160' Tall Missile Silos
3 - (4 story) Equipment Terminal Bldgs
2 - Antenna Silos
100' Diameter Control Dome Bldg.
125' Diameter Power Dome Bldg.
All of this can be yours for only 300,000 down!
Although everything has been stripped off since it was decommissioned, it can still be retrofitted to accommodate any person's needs!
(Especially an evil mastermind who might want to rule the world.)

I saw something (on Discovery Channel or something) about someone who actually lives in a decomissioned missile base. It was hella cool, though the actual silo was a bit creepy (sup 100 foot drop and rusty machinery). I wouldn't mind living in a place like that.

Yeah, most decom. missile bases are all rusty and full of water. This one is still like new though lol.

All these silos were built to withstand a nuke, or a lot of very large explosions.

They turned a silo in South Dakota, near my uncles property, into a 7 story, underground house. Thats not toooo far from me, I might be able to make the commute to Seattle from it.

Hey, if you could get the right lighting and irrigation going... nobody will see the light, since it's so far underground and for that matter, nobody will really be able to see shit, since it's underground, there's a fuckton of space...

We could launch a Xenium reactor on a Soviet rocket with an 8.5-lb oddity and disrupt a massive super-portal created by post-singularity monstrosities.
Oh wait-

You could always replace the essential systems using some tape and a supercomputer, and then BUILD new missiles to start a cheap space-deployment company.

Yeah all the electronics were taken out, but who wants old 60's era computers in a base? I say we retrofit it with the latest supercomputers :D
Which would probably take a few hundred thousand dollars.
But it would be awesome :D
