I'm trying to go out somewhere today (walmart, radio shack, target) and wondering if I could get a capture card for <100$ (incase you are mathmatically deficent, less than 100$) so I can record my Halo 3 clips (ripping sounds, crazy sticks, etc) and play them back on my computer. If my video card is involved, I have an AGP video card (ATI X1650 AGP) and I needed help with this.

Thanks a whole bunch.

I guess you could try a USB device instead of a video capture card.

Or if you are looing for a super cheap semi-decent quality capture card for $20, get this :)

As long as it records good sound quality I'm fine.
